Celia leads the business operations of our parish. She brings to St. Charles a proven professional expertise in Catholic Church business operations. In addition to her extensive background as Director of Business Administration supporting parishes and schools, Celia has been a trusted business operations consultant with the Archdiocese and our Archdiocese parishes. She has served on various Archdiocese leadership teams and helped develop the Archdiocese New Business Administrators Institute (NBAI) curriculum. She further served as an NBAI instructor and parish consultant. In her home parish, Celia was as a (nine year termed) parish trustee, facilitated and supported major fundraising events, is a trained Eucharistic Minister and (one time long ago …) was even a trained sacristan.
Throughout Celia’s non secular career, she has lead parishes through collaborations and mergers; facilitated building construction of a church and school; facilitated and supported multiple capital campaigns; helped support and grow parish schools; influenced and lead parishes discipleship visions; developed, mentored and lead parish business operations; and supported parish ministry operations.
Celia and her husband, Maurice, have been married for over 30 years. They have recently relocated to Delafield and are enjoying witnessing their three adult children build their family with spouses, grand children and grand pups.
